Central London flat, zone 1, South Bank - New Year 2021 swap now arranged

Our bright flat welcomes you with 3 bedrooms, and a modern, eat-in kitchen. The listed building faces onto a quiet courtyard. There is a cuddly cat and toys for children. No TV, but we do have a large projector screen for watching films.
Please note, the flat is located on the third floor and there is no lift! The two children`s bedrooms are `high beds` reached by ladders. One has a single bed, and the other a double bed. There is an extra mattress and the large sofa is comfortable to sleep on.

About the location

Our flat is a fabulous location from which to explore central London. There are 3 tube stations & many buses but these are rarely needed as we are within walking distance of many attractions. The South Bank area of the Thames River is 10 minutes away with the Royal Festival Hall, National Theatre, and National Film Theatre. Several theatres within walking distance include the Old Vic. Tate Modern 15 minutes, the London Eye 10 minutes, Covent Garden/St. Paul`s Cathedral 20 minutes, Trafalgar Square 20 minutes. There are a wide variety of restaurants nearby. We love living here and no doubt you will too!

We have booked a camping trip so our home is now availble for guest points between Sunday 29th May and Thursday 3rd June. Over Easter we are also looking for a swap in Devon within a 2 hour drive of Moretonhampstead, from Thursday 14th April to Sunday 18th April.
