Algarinejo is a relaxed, unspoiled, Andalucian village/town of about 4,000, dating back to the Moors. It is surrounded by olive groves forming a “Candlewick Bedspread-View” of the surrounding hills. Everything is available in the town: butchers, fishmongers, small supermarkets, bars, snack bars and restaurants. There is a daily bus to Granada city, and a weekly farmers’ market.

The house comprises two large bedrooms each with en suite facilities. The open-plan living area, comprising the kitchen and living space, is above the bedrooms and was designed to make the most of the spectacular views. The top level comprises a terrace. There is a garage, with car, in the basement.

The town is a good base for visiting many interesting cities (Granada, Cordoba, Priego de Cordoba, Seville and Malaga), as well various historically interesting sites, and the coast.
