Our house is a Victorian semi, it has a splendid position overlooking the valley within walking distance of Dartmouth. We have a wonderful veranda with decking at the front which is south facing & great for sun bathing. There is a large BBQ patio at the rear of the house with stunning views. The house has two double bedrooms, the master bedroom has great views across the valley. We have an exquisite bathroom with cast iron roll top bath and seperate shower cubicle and a seperate toilet room. The lounge dining room has high ceilings, pine floors and an open fire. The kitchen has a smeg gas cooker, large fridge freezer and oak units. All in all a great house with lots of character in a superb location in the South West of England.
