Rosemergy is a recently converted barn in moorland on the hills above Penzance in the far West of Cornwall. Down a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful hamlet yet only a short drive from the sea, coastal walks, golf, horseriding.

It sleeps 8 - 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms + nursery with cot.

The heart of the house is the warm, spacious kitchen/diner with a range cooker and breakfast bar whilst upstairs there is a light and airy living room (with an eclectic mix of family heirloom LP's!) leading out on to a balcony and uninterrupted views over the moors.

Outside there is a large, enclosed garden which is mostly laid to lawn and, through, a gate, access to our field beyond.

Family friendly with that home from home feeling - we love it!
