Garden flat near the beach in Brighton

Our lovely two-bedroom garden apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the beach and a few minutes to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The main bedroom is a good-sized double and the small room has a large single bed. The second bedroom is also set up as a home office with desk, ergonomic rocking office chair and fast internet connection. We also have a lovely south-facing conservatory with an electric fire. The bathroom is modern with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. We’ll be using the garden room as a lock-up but the lovely private south-facing garden with furniture will be all yours. We also have a bicycle and blow-up kayak which you’re welcome to use.

About the location

We’re 5 minutes walk to Hove train station and from there it’s 30 minutes by train to Gatwick airport and an hour to London. You can also reach us from France via the Newhaven/Dieppe ferry or Eurostar train. The South Downs and country pubs are a ten-minute drive away for walkers.

Brighton is a lively, cosmopolitan town with an excellent annual arts festival in May. There is a wide range of shops, restaurants, theatres, cinemas and music venues in the city, as well as many farms, houses and gardens to visit in the surrounding countryside.
