Property is on 1 acre with a large pool and patio area. Morgan hill is located 15 miles from San Jose, 40 minutes from Monterey, and 1 hour 15 minutes to San Francisco. Small town atmosphere with great restaurants. We are located 4 hours from beautiful Lake Tahoe and have a 3 bd, 3 ba condo there that you can also use.
Our home in Morgan Hill is 4 bd, 2.5 baths, 2500 square feet and light and bright. We barbecue all year long out back. Our weather in the summer ranges from 85 - 100 degrees, s to 60 degrees in eve. The downtown is not walking distance, but a 5 minute drive from our home. Our Tahoe condo is located right next to a golf course and we have a pool at the condo also. We are a 5 min. drive to the lake.
