Moorfield House is set in a rural location on the Isle of Skye with dramatic views across the moorland and 1/2 mile from the rugged coastline. Used during the summer months as a Bed and Breakfast the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 have en-suite shower rooms. There are 2 small sitting rooms and a conservatory.
The area is superb for walking and we have lots of books on walks and the local area. The area is very quiet, the main large village on the island is 20 miles away. The island is now accessed by a toll free bridge. The nearest city is the capital of the Highlands Inverness which is 125 miles away. Nearby is Dunvegan Castle home of the MacLeod Clan for nearly 800 years which has supery gardens and is open all year.
