Lovely 3 Bed home in Denia, Spain

Our home is set at the foot of a beautiful mountain, yet minutes walk from the town and beaches. It is securely gated with private parking. The luxury apartments here surround a fabulous pool within Mediterranean gardens. With moorish-style (Arabic!) architecture with strong influences of the Alhambra Palace in Granada, visitors have described it as "A haven of tranquility-paradise". Aproximately half the multi-national owners reside here all year. It is never noisy or crowded, even in high-summer.

We are on the ground floor. We have a large spacious apartment with a terrace 8 steps from the pool. With three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, etc.

The lounge is extremely spacious, with satellite 42" Plasma tv.

The bedrooms consist one twin- bedded , one super-kingsize and the main bedroom has a Queen-size bed . There is an en-suite bethroom with bath and shower, plus a further bathroom with shower. All are very spacious, so suit occasional visits from family members, and would be available to you on this basis.

Built within the orange groves at the foot of a beautiful mountain, it is near enough to the town and beach to walk, but distant enough to be semi-rural.
