Lovely 3 Bed home in Alabang, Philippines

The house is situated in Alabang, 20km from the main airport and 15km from the centre of Makati. It is set in an exclusive private gated community, has a swimming pool and grounds backing on to the Alabang Country Club golf course. It was designed by a well known architect, it is really unusual and a very relaxing setting. The balconies over look the swimming pool and there are views of the golf course. A lot of the floors are made from local Narra wood and the ceilings are very high with a church like feel.
The house itself is suitable only for older children, as there are various stairways which would be difficult for young children.

Minutes away are a large selection of restaurants and shopping malls, cinemas etc. Tagaytay highlands is about 1 hour away plus various beach resorts and spas. There are lots of beautiful islands to visit in the Philippines. Golf is very popular, as are water sports, especially on the islands.
For shoppers the Philippines is like landing in heaven, everything you can imagine and very reasonable. Manila is home to the Mall of Asia, the largest mall in Asia.

Please only cat lovers; we have two house cats so it is important that all doors are always kept shut and a stroke now and again would definately be appreciated.
