Lovely 3 Bed home in Gandia, Spain

The apartment is literally on the beach front (ideal for small children). It is in a luxury block with full time caretaker. Tennis courts are at the back of the apartment and also a large swimming pool.

Shops and restaurants are 2 mins. walk away. There is a long promenade for evening strolls and plenty of restaurants and bars. Gandia is also a pleasant town all the year round and is very "Spanish", as there aren't many foreign holidaymakers. The beach is very quiet out of season but there is still plenty to see and do. The city of Valencia is 60 kms. away or about 45 mins. by train.
