My home is a beautiful, comfortable, converted barn with a delightful, sunny garden. It is tucked away in a peaceful location in a conservation area 50m from the river Dart which runs through the small, medieval town of Totnes. There are interesting country and riverside walks and bike routes from the town centre and a town trail that leads to the Castle at the top of the hill.


I am half a mile from Totnes station which is on the mainline to London and Cornwall, and two minutes walk from the bus stops. Exeter and Bristol International airports are within easy reach (approximately 20 and 80 miles).

Totnes has excellent local shops, galleries and award winning restaurants. Three miles away is Dartington Hall with it's grade II listed garden and Medieval Great Hall which hosts an annual international literary and music festival with an exciting programme of lectures and concerts.

This is one of the most beautiful and popular parts of Britain. Dartmoor National Park, the South-West coastal footpath, superb beaches, and pretty villages are all on the doorstep.Cornwall with the popular attractions of St Ives,Padstow the Eden project etc are all within easy reach. There is a wide choice of things to do and places to visit and you will be sure to have an interesting stay at any time of the year.
