Lovely 3 Bed home in Klyuchi, RUSSIA
It is is 450km from Moscow in Lipetskiy region. It’s a new house in the countryside with a village feel. The home is situated in a quiet area without through traffic. The house is very quiet and the neighbourhood is very safe. There is a village not far from the house.
The courtyard is shared with two other houses (includes a swimming pool, playground for volleyball and barbecue area). In one of the houses is a sauna. The house is on the bank of the Don River. Around the houses there is a beautiful area of fields, gardens, forest, flowers. This offers you a good opportunity for outdoor activity; walking, bicycling, boating, fishing, sunbathing and picnics. The climate is mild and warm.
The whole house is light and sunny. It is fully centrally heated. It is on two floors. The first floor has a living room and kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer and a breakfast table. In the living room there is a satellite TV with English channels and a stereo. There is a room with double bed and also a toilet on this floor.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a study. The bathroom has a full bath and a shower. The house has big windows and on the upper floor there is a good-sized balcony overlooking the river which just 30meters from the house.
All rooms are furnished with modern furniture. The house has air conditioning system.
TRANSPORT: The nearest big city is Lipetsk. It is 50km from the house. There is a small airport there. There is a railway station 5 minutes drive from the house. And Moscow airport Domodedovo is 400km away from the house. BA flights arrive in Domodedovo and it is 4 hours drive from the airport to the house by car.
STUFF: In one of the houses lives a small family who look after the three houses. They do the housekeeping, gardening, cook meals and do the laundry. There is also a person with a car who can get the necessities of life for you from the local shops.
EXCURSIONS: We would be happy to offer you several excursions. We can arrange sightseeing in Moscow and Lipetsk and take you to see an old Russian town Elets and other local rural attractions.
