Lovely 3 Bed home in BURNT RANCH, USA

Sunny house in the woods at 2000' elevation. Comfortable home located on a creek not far from the Trinity River. In the main house there is a bedroom in the loft and an office downstairs. There is a detached guest house and a separate cabin. Although we have satellite TV and internet access, the TV mostly resides in a closet where it can be rolled out for use. We have a garden which should be producing vegetables and fruit during the period that you would be visiting. There is one resident cat that we adopted from the wild. However, Sarah and I are both allergic to cats so it lives outdoors. It doesn't interfere with the frequent deer and fox that frequent our property. Our place was originally built as a summer retreat, but we have turned it into our treasured home. We would consider an automobile exchange. (2001 Subaru. Our house is located at Burnt Ranch, in the moutains of the Trinity River Valley, situated about one hour from the Pacific Ocean on Highway 299. The temperature in July can range from 95F during the day to 50F at night. We enjoy warm afternoons and evenings, but it always cools down enough to sleep comfortably without air conditioning. We're located about 10 minutes from the beautiful Trinity River which affords us opportunities for swimming, fishing, kayaking and rafting. Within 20 minutes there is a golf course and the Hoopa Indian Reservation where you can experience their museum and culture. Within an hours drive you can visit the coast where there is a University town, fine dining, museums, the Coastal Redwoods, deep-sea fishing, golfing, surfing, movies and shopping.
