We are situated conveniently on the Can/U.S. border for easy access to the State of Washington. The local mountains are a year round play area (1 hour drive) as well as Whistler B.C. and Mount Baker, Washington (Skiing available December to May). Unlike the rest of Canada the west coast has warm/hot dry summers and mild winters. The best time for Whale watching is in the Spring or Sept to November. In Summer you can enjoy "Bard on the Beach" our renowned Shakespeare festival as well as Theatre under the Stars in Stanley Park. Fort Langley ,a historic trading post is about 10 miles away.
