Lovely 3 Bed home in BATH, ENGLAND

Our home is situated in a quiet suburb/village just 5 minutes drive from the City of Bath, which is famous for its Georgian architecture and Roman Baths. We are also close to local buses and shops and just a few minutes walk to a nearby canal, with access to a cyclepath, boats, a pub and open countryside. This is an ideal base for visitors to explore Bath and all it has to offer (historic buildings, museums, shops, cafes, cinemas, golf, horse racing etc.), and for those who enjoy walking or cycling there are some lovely places to visit locally including riverside walks, picturesque villages and of course the inevitable cream tea shops. Also the Bath Festival takes place in May. For those who want to explore further afield the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire and Dartmoor are all within an 1/2 hours drive, and London is just 1 1/2hours away by train.

Our home is simple, yet comfortable and clean. It is also a practical house for families with kids. We have an enclosed back garden which is safe and secure for young kids. We have a trampoline and a couple of bikes. We live in a very quiet and peaceful residential neighbourhood; there is a small park close by and a large playing field behind our house which backs onto the canal.
