Our house is four years old and is the end of a terrace on a new development in the North of Swindon. Swindon is about 1hour from London by train and is located on the M4 motorway which is direct from London to South Wales, interconnecting with Motorways to Devon & Cornwall.
Golf club membership for two is included in the exchange for The Wiltshire Golf & Country Club, a par 72 course designed by Peter Allis. To the North is Cotswold Water Park which is ideal for boating, walking, water skiing or sailing and the Cotswolds for walking. To the South is the cathedral city of Salisbury and further to Bournemouth and the South Coast. To the West we are about 1 hour from the spa city of Bath and the shopping area of Bristol.
