Lovely 3 Bed home in Claira, France

Our house is a two story building that lies away from the street with a small garden with palmtree and driveway/parking lot in front, and a large garden in the back of the house (120 m2). Neighbors on both sides.
The interior of our home has a big livingroom/kitchen downstairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (double bed in one room, single beds in 2 others) a music-studio/workroom and 2 bathrooms (showers). It's no luxury but we like it a lot, the house is practical and it has good vibes. I am a musician/composer, my son of 12 years is a budding pianist.
