The house dates back to the 18th century and is a 3-storey traditional house situated in a quiet part of Rochechouart old town close to the Chateau. Everything is on your doorstep including shops, banks, doctors, restaurants, the chateau, museums etc. The private garden is south facing and has wonderful views of the chateau and overlooks the Graine Valley. The region has a great deal to offer and is one of the greenest, least populated and unspoilt areas of France. The Limousin is known as France’s ‘Lake District’ and Rochechouart is located 40km west of Limoges on the Limousin border.
