Lovely 2 Bed home in Santa Cruz, USA

Our home is located in Santa Cruz, California on a beach access street. The beach is located 5 houses away at the end of our street. There are three restaurants within a short walk as well as a grocery store. The harbor is a 10 minute walk down the beach and downtown Santa Cruz is a 10 minute drive away. Carmel and Monterey are an hour drive and San Francsisco is about 1 and 1/2 hour drive. There is a large loft upstairs with a king size bed, walk -in closet, full bath and a window seat with a view of the ocean. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed and a full sized futon, a full bath, kitchen and living room. We have a deck and small garden as well as a gas grill in the back yard. The house is actually a duplex; we have a full time renter in the front part of the house but the extrances are completely separate. We also have a home in Los Altos that could be part of the exchange. Los Altos is located about 50 minutes south of San Francisco. A car rental is recommended.
