Lovely 3 Bed home in MURLA, SPAIN
Our villa is situated on a quiet urbanisation on a hillside overlooking three villages, Parcent, Murla and Orba. From the terrace and garden there are magnificent views of the mountains and the Jalon Valley where oranges, lemons, olives and almonds are grown. Orba is a few minutes away by car and has shops, a Post Office, bars and restaurants. The coast and resort beaches of Javea, Calpe and Denia are about 30 minutes car ride away and Benidorm 45 minutes. Alicante & Airport are 1 hour by the A7 motorway.
Eating out is very reasonable at around 10 euros for a three course meal which includes wine!
Neighbours are helpful and arrangements for the pool to be cleaned would be made. We do have a cat that lives outside and would require feeding but if you wanted to be away sometime then
arrangements can be made.
