The flat we would like to exchange is on the first floor of our new Swiss home just outside of Lugano. The flat consists of one lounge and kitchen - fully equipped including new dishwasher, one bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. In the basement is a big living area and laundery room. In the garden we have a heated private pool with jacuzzi and 2 covered barbecue areas.
Our house faces southwest with open view of distant hills towards Italy. It is situated at the end of a small private road, thus is completely calm. There are excellent tennis courts nearby in Carona and easy walks starting from the bottom of our garden. Our house is 8 mins from Lake Lugano by car. Como Italy is 20 mins away.
We, 65 and 60, are both retired.
