Only 40 minutes to the coasts (Mojacar/Garrucha, Vera, Aguadulce etc), airport and Almeria city. 2 hours approx Granada and Murcia. Plenty of golf, watersports, lawn green bowling etc available on the coast. Car essential as there is no local public transport. A quiet, peaceful location midway between Sierras of Filabres, Almahillas and Nevadas so delightful country views and trips. Not suitable for independent teenagers as there is no public transport. Garden watering required.
