The area is famous for its conserved and working peat bogs. Interesting historical area close to early christian monastic sites. Several excellent golf courses nearby. Fishing and cruising available on the canal and river Shannon. Horse riding and tennis available locally.
Our house has an enclosed garden with a large deck area. The house has fairly high speed WIFI throughout. We have two outdoor cats.
