Lovely 3 Bed home in Barcelona, Spain

Comfortable family friendly 120m attic duplex flat in the very heart of Barcelona. Very close to Placa Catalonia (7 min walk) and Las Ramblas (5 min walk). Many major museums and most theatres practically on the doorstep. Bohemian area with very trendy bars, superb restaurants and great shops. Extremely well-communicated. Lively neighbourhood but fairly quiet (this is Spain!) and safe pedestrian street.

There is no lift, this building is over 150 years old, so you must climb up 4 flights of stairs. However, the flat is cosy and comfortable, with most modern conveniences (no air-conditioning, but lots of fans). There is internet, satellite tv, DVD, stereo, washer, dryer, etc. There are 3 bedrooms; master bedroom with double bed and two other bedrooms with two single beds each. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs.

The Roof garden is our urban haven which we share with two friendly neighbours. There we have views of the city, a barbecue, shaded dining area and an outdoor shower. This is a great space to spend time on hot summer days and nights. We have a cat that we leave at home when on holiday(some pet care would be required).
