Our spacious three bedroom, 3 bathroom self contained home is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to all amenities. Located in beautiful Kingston Ontario, a vibrant city on the north shore of Lake Ontario.

The house has three spacious bedrooms; master bedroom has ensuite with walk-in closet, wireless internet and all mod cons, cathedral ceilings, two large screen televisions, a gas fireplace. There is an outdoor courtyard with outdoor dining a gas barbecue, and lovely sitting area. Walking distance to parks, shopping, hiking trails, and numerous water sports on Lake Ontario. In winter, there are many recreational activities at our doorstep: skating, cross country and downhill skiing, and snow-shoeing; to name just a few.

Kingston is ideally located between Ottawa (1.5hrs), Toronto (2.5 hrs), and Montreal (2.5 hrs). New York State (directly south of Kingston) is a short 45 minute drive over the Thousand Islands bridge. New York City is 6 hours away by car.

The city has a vibrant, walkable downtown with plenty of bars, theatres, art galleries, a thriving farmersmarket and a new arena, not to mention one of the finest inventories of historic 19th-century architecture in Canada.
