Bundoran which is a busy seaside resort with an indoor water park, good restaurants and a busy nightlife is 1 mile away.
The large house is new with 4 bedrooms and all modern facilities. It has large gardens and excellent views of Leitrim Mountains and the sea at Donegal bay.
It is 3 hours from Dublin Airport, 2 hours - Belfast Airport, 1 hour - Knock Airport and a ½ hour - Sligo Airport.
