Lovely 2 Bed home in HAUTEFORT, FRANCE

We are looking for NON-SIMULTANEOUS exchanges only for our holiday cottage in France and our apartment near Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Availability : Cottage France during the months May, June, September and October. The apartment in Holland all year through.The cottage is comfortable and well-equipped and set in rural surroundings. The village of Hautefort overlooks the beautiful and well-known castle Chateau de Hautefort [often the setting for films] and lies in the Dordogne region. It is within walking distance of St. Agnan and Hautefort with all amenities such as supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc. nearby. During the months July and August the cottage is also available for rental st 750 Euro per week for max. 4 persons. There are lots to do and see in the surrounding area and villages : walking trails, canoeing, horseback riding and pony riding, diving [St. George’s], fishing, delta flying, water-sports, caves [very near the world famous caves of Lascaux] and more. The tourist office in Hautefort will be able to supply you with detailed information. Then of course there are the many quaint, picturesque and interesting villages such as Sarlat, Montignac, Brantome to name a few as well as the many castles, museums and restaurants. All in all, more than I can mention here. We are 35km from Perigueux, the capital of the Dordogne, well-known for its Roman-Gallo inner city.

A visit to France could ideally be combined with a stay in The Netherlands. Our 1-bedroom apartment near Amsterdam is available for short break exchanges and long-weekends.
We are also interested in doing LONG-TERM NON-SIMULTANEOUS exchanges in AUSTRALIA. Our house would be available from May to September in exchange for us staying from November until March.
