House is 100 yards from river, only minutes to beautiful Cocoa Beach. Close to airport & city of Orlando (Disney & all theme parks); Space center is 20 minutes. Cruise ship terminal about 10 minutes by car with cruises available for one day, three days or one to two weeks.

House will sleep four for house exchange or two for hospitality exchange. One bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom in suite . The master bedroom has a king bed and in suite bathroom. All modern kitchen, including dishwasher. Inside and outside dining with huge deck. Television(Satelite dish) in Den and Master bedroom. Analog tv in guest bedroom.

Many Restaurants, fine dining, water sports, golfing and preforming arts, wild life parks all within minutes.

Well-behaved children welcome. No smoking in house and no pets. We are an Island surrounded by water. but connected by large double lane bridges
