Our 65 square meters flat in Paris is very nice and sunny since it has been repainted last summer. It is located in Levallois-Perret, a very quiet and residential place, 5 minutes (walking) from the Louise Michel metro station.
There are a bedroom with a double bed, a pretty large living room with TV, DVD, VCR, HI-FI and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equiped kitchen.
There are many stores and restaurants in the streets surrounding the flat. There is a supermarket a few yards from the building's entrance.
