Westcott is a small hamlet 2 miles from Cullompton, a market town with basic shopping. Exeter is twenty minutes by car - an ancient city with Roman remains, a fine cathedral and full shopping faciities. Our house is a modern bungalow in a country lane with just two other houses nearby and very friendly neighbours. The house is situated in a fairly large garden mainly grass and shrubs and is not overlooked. The motorway is 2 miles away giving easy access to all parts of the country. There are many tourist attractions within an easy days drive. The coast and beaches are about 20 miles away.
