Nestling in the Mendip Hills, we are situated 35-40 mins from Bath and Bristol and about 3 hrs from the channnel tunnel. 1hr from Wales and the coast. 2.5 hrs from London. We are a few minutes from Glastonbury and ideally situated for exploring the SW of England

The house has 6 bedrooms of which 4 are en suite + a nursery, 4 large downstairs rooms, a large kitchen a laundry,a very large garden and plenty of parking.

Wells has sufficient local amenities for most people, but there is more if nyou need it a short drive away
