Four bedroom bungalow on Dartmoor, attractive tourist area in Devon of moorland, valleys and hills. Near beaches on North, South and East coasts of Devon and Cornwall. Cities of Exeter and Plymouth only ½ hr away. London is about 2 1/2 hours drive. Only 5 minutes walk to open moorland, with wonderful walks and views.

Our house is secluded and has views up to the moor. Large mature garden with picnic table, barbeque, table tennis, snooker and croquet. House has four bedrooms, large lounge with open fireplace, modern kitchen and dining room. We have satelite television, video and DVD on the computer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Willing to consider a car exchange. We don’t have pets and are non smokers.
