Lovely 2 Bed home in CAPE COD, USA
Cape Cod beach cottage with spacious deck overlooking salt marsh. Ocean beach a few steps away. This is not a large home but a cozy "housekeeping cottage" and retreat. Two bedrooms (one with queen, one with two twins), plus sleeping loft (double bed). Cathedral ceiling in living room/kitchen. In East Sandwich, Massachusetts, just 10 minutes from the Sagamore Bridge and about an hour from Boston. Cape Cod is a great vacation destination with lovely beaches. Our frontage on Scorton Creek is wonderful for kayaking, canoeing, fishing. Many golf courses nearby. We just bought this place for our use but we have some weekly summer vacation rentals at $750/week in July/August (lower September-June). Open to non-simultaneous exchanges.
