Lovely 3 Bed home in SAN DIEGO, USA

Our San Diego home in the community of Bay Park has one queen bedroom, one child’s bedroom w/twin trundle bed, den w/sleeper sofa (home sleeps six comfortably), and fully-equipped kitchen. The living area consists of a combination living room w/fireplace, dining room (seats six), and family room which opens onto an upper and lower deck with a jacuzzi, view of city and bay. The master bedroom also has sliding doors that open onto this same deck. We have two full bathrooms. The house if very contemporary, in excellent condition with all the comforts one might need.Our house is in a cul-de-sac which gives us added privacy and quiet. A desirable aspect to its location is proximity to the bay (5 min.), ocean (10 min.), downtown (10 min.), La Jolla (10 min.), Mexico (30 min.), as well as all the entertainment venues San Diego has to offer (Zoo, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, and Legoland). Also Disneyland is only 90 min. away.

We have two loveable indoor cats that would need food/water. Litter box is self-sufficient. They could also be boarded if that is preferable.
