Professional ping pong table. It is next to 150 miles of estuary at 10 Mile River. Birds, butterflies and wild life abound.. you have 8 miles of beach walk. Located 17 miles north of Mendocino ..... My property has gardens which include many types of flowers, monterey cypress, and organic vegetables and herbs. Stairs lead down to the beach 30 feet below. There are excellent restaurants within 15 minutes ranging from upscale to funky..gourmet, family, African, Mexican, etc. with lots of organic and fresh fish available at the Noyo Harbor, outdoor
markets...live theatre, music of all kinds, a working opera house, 7 bookstores, antique stores, etc. The property is next to 150 miles of estuary, so there are birds of all kinds, redwood forests, hiking and biking trails minutes away. The drive from San Francisco takes you through lovely wine vinyard country.
I wish to exchange with not more than two people at a time,
