Lovely 4 Bed home in Plymouth, England

A modern four story town house on a quiet, well kept private estate close to the City Centre in Plymouth.

We have two double bedrooms and a triple. On the ground floor is a games room with full size pool table, and dining and utility room: the main living area is on the first floor with kitchen diner and large lounge with balcony. Well fitted kitchen.

We are about a 30 minute walk to the City Centre, the historic Barbican and the lovely Plymouth Hoe with shops etc close by. A few miles drive and you can be out on wild Dartmoor, lovely Cornwall and South Hams or travelling along the gorgeous coastline.

Surrounded by small country towns and lots of great sightseeing. Lots of Plymouth is going through change and old areas being renovated and improved, Now also a great place for dining (Gary Rhodes, Tanner Brothers, Mitch Tonks, River Cottage etc etc!)

Excellent public transport facilities means a car isn't essential as there is lots to see and do within easy reach if you prefer to leave the car at home.
Surprisingly quiet and secluded despite being in the centre of a city.

Our home has a smallish garden with large patio, with garden furniture (BBQ, heater etc). The house is suitable and well located for children with an adjacent park. Also close to Central Park, the large open green space in the centre of Plymouth which is home to the Life Centre - a brand new sports complex which is home to the British Diving Team - or Tom Daley's dressing room as it is known in our house!

Happy to explore exchange of car as well if we haven't exhausted our insurance allocation- currently a new Audi A4.

We have two very happy cats (cat flap) who would be pleased to stay, but also fine to put into catteries if needed.
