Our very large property is situated in the village of Beaford in North Devon. Easy access to Cornwall, Bideford (Tarka Trail), Barnstaple and Exeter. Indoor swimming pool with associated changing area & shower. We do not use in Winter. The house has all individual private bathrooms & 9 WC's.

About the location

This is a quite unique property in highly populated UK. Close to the coast with Clovelly, Westward Ho! and Appledore in striking distance. You can make a day of it by going to Cornwall and likewise the other way, go and see Bristol, Bath (Roman Baths) and London.

We have a new - Range Rover Sport, fitted with satellite navigation system, which we would leave for your use, provided we have use of similar "quality" car during exchange.
