Our condo is located in a small city of New Smyrna Beach, FL. It has
a wonderful beach that you can drive on and it is only 15 min
to world famous Daytona Beach also only 45 min to Orlando (Walt Disney World)and 35 min to Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Center )
Our condo (aprt.)is located in a complex that over looks
the intercoastal waterway that ocean going ships travel. It is
only one mile to the ocean that we take our bikes to.The condo
faces west for a beautiful sunset from our balcony. There are numerous
golf courses and fishing , walking on the
beach and wildlife veiwing opportunities. It is a great place for a vacation!
