Modern, family-friendly two bedroom, two bathroom flat (circa 110sqm) sleeps 5-6 persons comfortably. There is a primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bathtub), single bedroom with trundle bed, bathroom with shower, and a pull-out futon in the "tower room".

There is a kitchen, large living room and dining room. There is no garden space.

Our home is on the top floor of a three-story apartment building, and has both a small terrace overlooking Villa Fabbricoti, as well as a very small rooftop terrace.

There are air conditioning units in the living room and tower room, and a ceiling fan in the primary bedroom and plug in fan in the single bedroom.

We are non-smokers and would appreciate no smoking in our home. We have a low maintenance and playful cat who would love to be cared for during your stay.

About the location

Our home is located only 2.2km from this historic city centre of Florence (front door to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore) and is close to local restaurants, outdoor markets, grocery stores, pharmacies, caffes and gelaterias parks and museums in the neighbourhood.

We are a 20 minutes car ride from the Florence airport, 150 meters from the bus stop and 300 meters to the tram that services Florence.

Excellent base for exploring surrounding cities and towns in Tuscany, not to mention easy train rides to Milan, Venice and Rome.
