Single level detached bungalow

We live in a beachside area of Port Stephens which is an hour from Newcastle, about three hours drive from Sydney.

Our home is single level with open plan kitchen and lounge area. Three comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have a medium size very manageable garden.

We have two vehicles able to be used, also there is a bus service directly outside, from which it is easy to access both newcastle and Sydney.

The local village Nelson Bay has most facilities and plenty of activities as well as shopping etc. We are directly opposite a beautiful sandy beach, with magnificent walking areas.

About the location

Port Stephens is a very beautiful area, known for its many beaches, including surfing beaches and calmer swimming ones. There are many local tourist attractions easily accessed. Newcastle airport is 30 minutes from our home, which has access to areas further north like the Gold Coast, and Sunshine coast etc.Newcastle is an easy hours drive, which is one of the largest cities in NSW with every type of amenity.
