About the location

The house is situated an eight minute walk to Southwick station and a ten minute walk to reach a quiet beach with two cafes. Southwick is three miles from Brighton and is a situated five minutes from Shoreham with it’s cobbled historic streets and independent cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants. The house is situated on adjacent to a green with play park including zip wire, and is a short walk to a busy shopping street with Co-op, Whsmith and lots of independent shops including a butcher, greengrocer, chocolatier, florist, chemist and coffee shops.

You are a short bus or train journey from Brighton with the i360, Palace Pier, Sealife centre with the world's oldest aquarium, and the Pavillion amongst it's many attractions. There is also a new open air swimming pool and a huge amount of major and independent retailers, shops, restaurants and bars.

You can also easily reach Worthing, Eastbourne and South Downs country park is within walking distance.
