Bright flat near city center

Our home is a traditional bourgeois building of the early twentieth century. The flat is on the third floor and it is very light and bright. It has big windows, wooden floors, a yellow kitchen and a living room with a small balcony to enjoy the sunset on the hills with a nice glass of wine. There are three bedrooms with double bed. The neighbours are quiet and friendly.The flat is in a residential neighborhood built in the late nineteenth century. The area is quiet, safe and full of very good restaurants, cafes, cinemas, parks, outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The best ice cream in Florence at Badiani is 5 min walk from home.

S.ta Maria Novella, Florence`s central train station, is located on the main national railway lines; the international airport "Amerigo Vespucci" is only 5 km from the city centre.

Florence boasts an exceptional artistic heritage, a glorious testimony of its centuries-old civilization. Cimabue and Giotto, the fathers of Italian painting, lived here.

About the location

Our home is situated a short 25-minute walk from the city centre of Florence and 10 min by bus. The bus stop is 5 min from the house. The bus run frequently and cost little. For nature lovers there are many possibilities of walking on the near hills. The neighbourhood is near Fiesole where it is a nearly completely preserved Teatro Romano with an amazing summer festival, the Estate Fiesolana. Free parking near home. Very important: you don`t need a car visiting Florence.
