Welcome to our very comfortable ‘ Home Away from Home’, in a very sunny situation with in a Tropical Palm Garden Setting with a relaxed vibe.

A modern home mainly on one level, we have two bedrooms, the master with King Size Bed and deck and 2nd Bedroom which has two single beds, all of which are brand new and very comfortable.

There is one new large bathroom and the living, dining and kitchen areas are Open Plan, with a private deck with BBQ off the dining area and a deck off the master bedroom.

About the location

Our location on the North Shore makes a great base for exploring Auckland City, the West Coast beaches, beautiful Waiheke Island by Ferry from Devonport and also further afield to North Auckland or Northland; or just staying put, relaxing and enjoying local environs.

Our local Beach, Waiake, is a real gem and great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and sailing.
Just a 2 minute walk to the sands of Waiake Beach; which is situated midway between Torbay and Browns Bay with easy access to the many beaches and shopping villages that make up the East Coast Bays.

Our property is on the 20+ Kilometre Coastal Pathway where keen walkers can walk from Long Bay 2 kilometres North, to Devonport passing all the local East Coast Bays Beaches and Cafes. At low tide most of this walk can be done along the beaches.

Waiake in the East Coast Bays of the North Shore is a very safe and desirable coastal location. Leafy streets with a sense of community.

At Torbay 1 km away we have a Cafe, Bakeries, Dairy, Organic Butcher and Supermarket.
Long Bay 1.5 km, another beautiful sandy beach, and Cafes, eateries, Supermarket etc
Albany Westfield Shopping Centre is a 10 min drive.
Browns Bay 1 km has many Cafes, Restaurants, shops etc.
