Charming dependency in a farming property - Occitanie

Our charming house is located in the countryside between Bordeaux and Toulouse. Waking up in the double bedroom which opens on a vast terrace gives anyone the feeling of being one with nature. It’s worth living by a couple and/or a family in search of peacefulness and great explorations of the local surroundings that offers a wide choice.

Spacious farm with 3 big rooms. On the grand-floor there is a living room together with the kitchen, a bedroom with 3 single beds and bathroom. Upstairs a bedroom with a double bed. The house is equipped with some cooking condiments, towels, iron, washing machine, dish washer, cleaning products, hoover, sheets... Be aware that there is nothing to block the access on the back road, you will have to be careful with children. You have space to park your car. There is a table tennis and a barbecue. You can also have vegetables baskets from the garden patch of the next door's house.

About the location

As you can see on the photos there's some beautiful places that should be worth visiting while you're staying here in the Tarn-et-Garonne.

First of all, around the house, there is l'Abbaye cistercienne of Belleperche that sits on the banks of the Garonne.
At 7 km away, Moissac, a beautiful little town - very renowned as it's on the road of Santiago de Compostela - with its beautiful cloister and Romano-gothic abbey, nice cafés, restaurants, and markets.
In the same county there is several places to visit - I give you already a little selection:
- you can get nice seasonal and regional specialities at the beautiful covered market of Beaumont de Lomagne - typical architecture of the area.
- Auvillar is also a beautiful town to visit that have nice sundays markets.
- not far there is a nice family Château you can visit - le Château Lamotte of Bardigues
- you can carry on your road and enter a beautiful baroque chapel - a precious pearl of the village Lachapelle
- few km away there is le Château de Gramont that you can also visit
- going through beautiful sceneries from Tarn-et-Garonne to Gers county - we call this area the french Tuscany - you can reach at 45min away this beautiful village perched on a hill called Lectoure renowned for its Lectoure blue and its cathedral.
- You could visit also cities such as Montauban that have a beautiful museum with Ingres' works of art, he was native of Montauban. Toulouse, that is 45min away, a beautiful city called "la ville rose" as it's all made of red bricks. Bordeaux, 1h30 away another beautiful city called the little Paris surrounded by beautiful vineyards - perfect for wine amateurs.
- In matter of entertainments there is two festivals you shouldn't miss. Tempo Latino at Vic Fezansac, a salsa festival in a little village of the Gers county (not only for salsa's amateurs as it's like a village party all along the week-end). Marciac Jazz Festival, an amazing jazz festival.
- you can also do a little canoe tour on the Aveyron river - a lot of fun. For that you will have to go to this beautiful village of St Antonin Noble Val.
