No9 is a two bedroom, two bathroom duplex apartment in the heart of Ripon.
It was decorated and furnished in a bright fresh contemporary style, in summer 2021.

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table.
There is a bathroom with over bath shower, W.C and basin, directly opposite the room.

Bedroom 2 is accessed via a spiral staircase, this a a super king zip and link with the option of 2 single 3 foot beds.
There is a large en suite shower room.
The room has a couple of easy chairs, chests of drawers, dressing table and a cupboard with hanging rail.

There is a very light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. 4 huge floor to ceiling windows fill the space with light. A large Smart TV ( with some Sky channels) is at one end of the living room.

The well equipped kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, fridge freezer and is equipped well enough to bake a cake or make a Christmas dinner!
In the hallway is a utility cupboard with a washer/ dryer.
Picnic hamper and camping chairs are provided.

There is a small communal garden.

There is a designated parking space and a guest space.

Due to the stairs the apartment is not suitable for the infirm or very young children.

About the location

Ripon is perfect for touring the Yorkshire Dales and Moors.

Leyburn, the main market town in Wensleydale, is 25 minutes away, to get there you pass by Masham - also a market town and home to two famous breweries, just 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
The Yorkshire coast approximately 1 hour, and the North Yorkshire Moors just half an hour east.
The City of York and Harrogate also close by.

Within a short drive are, Newby Hall, Fountains Abbey and Studley Water Gardens.

Ripon is home to a splendid Cathedral, museums and the wonderful Horn blower who has blown his/ her horn every evening at 21.00 hours by the obelisk since 886. This was to let the City know all was well.

The City has excellent highly rated restaurants and bars all within walking distance of the apartment.

There is a weekly market on a Thursday and an outstanding Booths supermarket - with EV charging points - 2 minutes from the apartment.
