Large house divided into two apartments with garden - Sansepolcro

The house is three mintues walk from the centre of Sansepolcro. The upstairs apartment has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is 200 square metres. The main bedroom has air conditioning.

We also can offer our separate downstairs apartment for non-simultaneous swaps during 2023. The apartment has one bedroom and two sofa beds and is large. The garden is just for your use. We often rent it to tourists too.

We have done more than 50 exchanges since 2001. We belong to two house swap websites. We love this way of travelling! We have fast wifi and some English channels, lots of English books.

Ryanair flies to Perugia from London. Other airports are Pisa (2hrs) Florence 1.5hrs and Bologna)

About the location

Sansepolcro is small town in Eastern Tuscany (Perugia is our nearest airport 40mins away and there are great cheap ryanair flights). Bologna / Pisa about 2 hours away.

The town itself has lots of restaurants and bars and is very lively in summer. A beautiful olympic pool is open from June to end of August and is perfect for kids (10 mins walk). There is a twice weekly market and lots of events in summer, especially in September (month that hosts our annual crossbow medieval competition with parades). The museum is famous for its frescoe by Piero della Francesca (who was born in Sansepolcro). Within an hour you can visit Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Gubbio, Anghiari. Florence is one hour and 20 mins and Siena a little longer. You can also drive to Rimini in about one hour and a half.
