Our flat is bright, spacious, colourful and characterful, with an adjacent patio area.

Apart from the double bedroom, we have a double futon in the lounge.

Although only 20 minutes by tube from central London, the area is very green with two large, safe woods, within 100 metres.

We are 10 minutes walk from the attractive centre of Muswell Hill which has independent shops, restaurants, a cinema and supermarkets. In the other direction, we are just 10 minutes walk from the tube. Also within a couple of miles are the huge open spaces of Hampstead Heath, the "villages" of Highgate and Crouch End, and the open parkland of Alexandra Palace.

The area is really safe, green and clean.
