With panoramic sea views and 100 metres walk to the beach, our home is ideal for relaxing and exploring the south coast of New South Wales. Our home is comfortable open plan living, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms including a large deck looking out to sea. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so can sleep three couples. We go to sleep to the sound of waves washing onto the shore and frequently see dolphins from our house. In winter the temperature is a beautiful sunny 17/18 degrees C and morning sun streams into the living area. In summer the weather is warmer (of course) but the house is cooled by a wonderful sea breeze each afternoon and bifold doors bring the outdoors in. There is plenty of wildlife nearby and a five minute walk will bring you to the local shops.

The neighbours are friendly and the lifestyle relaxed for swimming, beach and bush walking, boating and fishing. There are many beautiful beaches nearby as well as other tourist sites. The toys include bicycles, beach gear, windsurfer, kiteboard and more. There are good restaurants/eateries in Batemans Bay, and a golf course as well. Canberra is 2 hours drive or bus trip and is full of interesting places to see. Sydney is four hours north and we are able to assist with part of the transport arrangements to get there and back.
