Brecon Town House

Victorian mid terrace, Grade 2 listed house with views over the Brecon Beacons, with Pen y Fan 10Km away.

Off road private parking (flat access), with garden. 4 bedrooms, 1 kingsize with ensuite (top floor), 2 further double bedrooms and 1 single. Family bath room (middle floor).

This is a lovely family house over 3 floors. On the ground floor are 2 sitting rooms, at the front of the house the larger is very bright and south facing. The smaller one is cosy and prefect for winter evenings. Both have open fires.

The kitchen is large and well equipped, with a kitchen table that will sit 6-8 people. A gas hob, and electric fan oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a downstairs loo and clockroom.

On the first floor, off a good sized hall are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a single, and a family bathroom with bath and separate electric shower. On the second floor is a large attic room with a king sized bed, ensuite with a bath and separate electric shower, and a space for relaxation.

Outside there is a private courtayard, which is a beautiful suntrap, full of flowers, herbs and my olive tree. Beyond this is a private access lane with off road parking, and a small garden, mostly lawn, with a patio and dining area.

The front of the house is set above the road with about 13 steps, but there is a back access lane that is shared between the 12 houses in the row. Car parking is in from of our garage and gives flat access into the court yard and house ( with one step into the kitchen)
