Our home is a modern, comfortable 3 storey town house in Lewes, a small market town nestled in the South Downs. It has a small, south facing walled garden.
A short walk from the house will take you into the town, with its Norman castle, old buildings, narrow twittens, independent shops and good range of restaurants. Walk in the other direction and you will be on the South Downs.
The seaside city of Brighton with its famous Lanes, Royal Pavilion and numerous other attractions is only 9 miles away. London, Gatwick and the English Channel are all within easy reach if you want to explore further afield.
